This page will explain how to get books online for free. Normally they are EPUBs or PDFs. This is perfectly legal. None of the books are stored locally. Or even on this website for that matter. I don't have any of these books, I'm just telling youse how to get them.
Z-library
Z-library is a shadow library project. Sometimes referred to as z-lib, previously known as BookFinder. You need an account to use it. It's pretty safe and works well.

tommo.team
tommo.team is a website that offers temporary hosting of files. The files stay for a month but then they go. However, they also have a bunch of other random services, and one of those is textbooks. I think they're only A-level (Edexcel, WJC, OCR, and probably more) textbooks though.
